Brand new heavy duty dog weight pull cart (made of steel). Meets the required specifications for UKC weight pulling events. This is a LARGE cart and will hold a minimum of 4,000 lbs. This is just the cart, no traces or plywood platform but it is ready to go otherwise. Tires are brand new. My husband painted the steel frame hazard orange.
